I have been given a Poole vase that a friends daughter has asked me to sell on her behalf. I would describe condition as excellent with no crazing , chips or cracks! The vase is 25cm /10 inches high and just over 16cm/6 inches at the widest I would appreciate your help in identifying the design, designer and the paintress as well as the date which, I believe to be circa 1935. The impressed backstamp is 'Poole' over 'England' in a rectangle. The shape is 337 showing in white through the red slip. The paintress mark I do not know. The pattern mark looks to be 12W and is floral [Peony?] stylized with wheat ?? sheafs repeated three times in the round.
